2. Description of Service
VibeStack is a curated directory of AI tools for developers. We provide information, reviews, and links to third-party AI tools.
3. Paid Services (Featured Listings)
We offer a "Featured Listing" service for a one-time fee of $49.
- Process: Upon payment, your tool submission is expedited for review within 24 hours.
- Guarantees: While we guarantee review, we reserve the right to reject submissions that violate our quality standards or illegal content policies. In case of rejection, a full refund will be issued.
- Refunds: Once a tool is listed and featured, the fee is non-refundable.
4. Intellectual Property
The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights and intellectual property laws.
5. Affiliate Disclosure
VibeStack participates in various affiliate marketing programs, which means we may get paid commissions on editorially chosen products purchased through our links to retailer sites.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall VibeStack, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
