2. Description of Service

VibeStack is a curated directory of AI tools for developers. We provide information, reviews, and links to third-party AI tools.

3. Paid Services (Submission Tiers)

We offer optional paid submission tiers to accelerate review and promotion.

• Priority Submission: $49 one-time fee (faster review and social promotion).
• Premium Submission: $149 one-time fee (featured placement and additional promotion).
• Process: Upon payment, your submission is prioritized for review.
• Guarantees: While we guarantee review, we reserve the right to reject submissions that violate our quality standards or illegal content policies. In case of rejection, a full refund will be issued.
• Refunds: Once a tool is listed and featured, the fee is non-refundable.

4. Intellectual Property

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights and intellectual property laws.

5. Affiliate Disclosure

VibeStack participates in various affiliate marketing programs, which means we may get paid commissions on editorially chosen products purchased through our links to retailer sites.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VibeStack, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
